About Eva Boonen

Driven by connection, guided by intuition, and grounded in experience—I build bridges between people, ideas, and systems. After earning my degree in social work, I spent a formative year volunteering in a kibbutz in Israel, then returned home to study criminology. For eight years, I worked with vulnerable youth, driven by a deep belief in second chances and human resilience. Motherhood sparked a new chapter: I co-founded Mammae, BEAUnen NV, where we designed and patented innovative breastfeeding bras and clothing. As CEO for a decade, I built the brand from the ground up and led its international growth. Today, I guide teams at VDAB Limburg as an organizational expert. I facilitate, coach, and bring clarity to complexity—always with a focus on authentic leadership and sustainable team growth. With a background in Talent Management and organizational constellations, I help people and systems move forward.
