GLOBAL F&B, TECH, HORECA & WHOLESALE SPECIALIST In my journey, I began by selling wine to hotels and restaurants in Vietnam, and later ventured into developing a new brand of chocolate based in Singapore. I successfully secured key wholesale distributors across various Asian countries including Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Cambodia, Laos, Mauritius, and Dubai. Following these initial endeavors, I decided to specialize in Foodtech. I embarked on this path by working with platforms such as TripAdvisor and The Fork, and later joined the early-stage global venture development of Choco. In this role, I was responsible for establishing operations and commercial teams worldwide. Additionally, I played a crucial role in managing strategic partnerships and scaling operations in Europe for one of the largest food tech companies: CSS (Otter/Cloudkitchens). In addition to my primary roles, I've also provided consulting services to restaurants and early-stage food and social tech companies like Fullsoon, Timeleft, Polo, and Café de Gigante.
