About Eva Bowden

Admitted to the State Bar of New York and Connecticut. Passed the Patent Bar, awaiting admission to practice before the USPTO. I am currently working as an Associate at Davidson, Davidson & Kappel LLC focusing on Patent Prosecution. Serving as a Member on the Aeronautics Committee at the New York City Bar Association. I had the honor to intern at the New York State Supreme Court for Hon. Judge Chan. What a wonderful opportunity to get my first work experience as a legal professional. I researched and wrote detailed memoranda on various civil procedure topics and composed bench memoranda, and assisted in the writing of judicial decisions. I also got the chance to attended numerous hearings on various civil litigation motions, mental health and hygiene proceedings, and family law disputes involving issues regarding immigration law. I have finished the LL.M program at Fordham University School of Law cum laude concentrating in U.S. Law. I have completed courses such as Smart Securities & Blockchain Regulations, Business Organizations & Foreign Corruptions Practices Act, U.S. Contracts and Counseling Clients in the field of Intellectual Property and Information Technologies. Prior to Fordham, I graduated from Johannes Kepler University - Law School in Austria. Before starting my legal education, I completed a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering Magna Cum Laude.
