I have over 15 years experience in sustainability, ESG, corporate responsibility strategy implementation, reporting and assurance and environmental management including-Sustainability Strategy and Implementation - supply chains, materiality assessments, framework identification including ISO, GRI, SDGs- Sustainability Reporting (SBTi, CSRD, TCFD, DJSI, Ecovadis, WEF, UNGC, CDP, S&P) including project management - Climate and Nature Based Solutions - Stakeholder Engagement - internal and external communications and events - Social Impact Measurement Currently working with Melrose/GKN Aerospace in contract role as Sustainability Lead. Worked with Capgemini as Head of Environmental Reporting, reporting on performance through annual reports and ESG rating disclosures - Ecovadis, UN Global Compact, DJSI, WEF, CDP, along with preparation for CSRD/ESRS reporting. With Earthworm Foundation as Senior Relationship Manager worked with businesses and communities to improve supply chain traceability and performance, including tackling deforestation, improving human rights and building sustainable farmer livelihoods with global FMCGs. Previously contracted as Responsible Business Specialist with NATS embedding good business practice across business areas through business planning engagement and materiality assessments. With Vodafone and UK Power Networks was responsible for sustainability reporting on supply chains, stakeholder engagement reporting, community investment and social impact measurement. Ensured company business improvements were planned, designed, implemented and reported in annual externally audited mandatory reports. As an owner of a sustainability consultancy and Global Reporting Initiative Training Partner, designed and delivered international sustainability reporting training courses to companies with global supply chains and customer reach. Working with Environmental Protection Agencies in UK and Ireland, project managed national water and waste projects and inspected companies for environmental compliance. Judged national green awards and completed BiTC and DJSI entries, was an invited member of an expert national standards panel on the pre publication of ISO on Social Responsibility and delivered lectures to university business school students on sustainable business topics.Engaged with all levels and business functions internally from boards and directors, to area managers and executives, externally with business, the public sector, central and local government and global supply chains.
