Inclusive communication and interculturality are running through my veins as a life mission. I made from this my job. I am an experienced Senior Human Resources Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the learning & development management industry. Skilled in Talent Management, Coaching, Personnel Management, and Employee Engagement with a focus in Diversity & Inclusion and Leadership matters. My professionality also matured as HR International Coordinator of a Japanese multinational company. I am a member of the Committee "art. 3" that gives direction each year to Global Inclusion. Strong human resources professional with an Accredited Lecturer in Intercultural Management focused in 6-D from The Hofstede Centre. Committed as testimonial and trainer in the campaign against hate-speech being part of the group Parole O_Stili.(ITA) Sono nata in una città di confine, Trieste, un territorio meraviglioso segnato da contraddizioni storiche e conflitti epici e la città del Professor Basaglia, lo psichiatra che ha promosso l'abolizione degli ospedali psichiatrici. La comunicazione inclusiva e l'interculturalità mi scorrono nelle vene come missione di vita. Ne ho fatto il mio lavoro. Sono una consulente esperta per le risorse umane con una dimostrata esperienza nel settore della L&D management. mi occupo di progetti che riguardano la gestione dei talenti, coaching, gestione del personale e coinvolgimento (engagement) dei dipendenti, con particolare attenzione alle questioni di diversità e inclusione e leadership.
