About Eva Cvelbar

With a background in sociology and a focus on organization, data accuracy, and collaboration, I am building my career around designing effective, people-centered processes. My early internships and student roles sparked a passion for working with people, which I now carry into my role on the People and Strategic Operations team at DevRev. At DevRev, I oversee a broad scope of global and local people operations, including hiring, onboarding, employer branding and process optimization. By building local brand awareness and organizing impactful events, I have strengthened DevRev’s presence in competitive markets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Driven by a commitment to creating sustainable improvements and delivering impactful results, I focus on integrating effective people practices with operational success. My goal is to foster a supportive, engaging employee experience while contributing meaningfully to the success of the teams and organizations I work with.
