Skills: I have worked with security issues for over 13 years, both with "Safety & Security"- both as security manager and specialist - operationally and strategically. Always with a communicative and learning leadership. I have deep understanding and high knowledge in physical security, fire safety, risk management, crisis management and in the highly relevant area continuity management. I have good understanding and knowledge in information security and data protection and security protection. Safety issues with a focus on preventive work within threats & violence in the work environment are an obvious priority and a very important area. Relevant and well-functioning incident management is a cornerstone of security work. I work actively to follow up incidents that are reported and work with preventive measures to improve the work environment and the customer experience. Driving forces: Planning and preparing your most essential processes in order to always be able to run your core business is incredibly important. To have good preparation; with plan B and being prepared for the unexpected is in time. In everything I do, the safety culture is present and important.
