About Eva Edil

Through my experience as a Finance Director and Financial Controller and due to my educational background within finance and management, I have gained a valuable and an in-depth insights into the dynamics of markets, organizations, business understanding, leadership formats and financial operations. My main competences include being forward-looking without losing sight of customer needs, possessing an inquisitive mind, excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of a company’s finances and strategy. I have during my career been working with both Danish and foreign enterprises, Public companies, medium and large companies and also helped to establish a professional finance function that is aligned to a company's strategy in smaller companies In my current job I’m working effectively in an ever changing environment. At PharmaLex, I began as Finance Manager, where my primary task was to ensure fully operational finance activities in the Nordic region, aligned with the overall strategy. In March 2018, I became a part of the board, and in August 2018 I was promoted to Finance Director, Nordics, covering Denmark, Norway and Sweden. I take pride in creating understanding and information about the company's economics in an exciting and presentable manner, and that the finance function has a close and service-oriented cooperation with the rest of the company. I have a structured way of handling issues that arise. Throughout my career, I have consistently focused on main value drivers, on being proactive and problem solving, keeping to deadlines and providing relevant advisory.
