Graduate Engineer I am a Graduate Engineer at Seaway7. My role involves contributing to tender engineering with a focus on method statements and supporting test and termination activities. This position has been an incredible opportunity to deepen my technical expertise while collaborating with an international team of professionals. My understanding of the offshore industry grows daily, and I am grateful to be part of such an innovative and forward-thinking sector. Educational Background & Thesis I am in the final stages of completing my Bachelor of Science in Maritime Technology and Shipping Management. My studies have provided me with a solid foundation in procurement logistics, production management, and supplier coordination. My bachelor thesis focused on developing tender documentation from both a commercial and technical perspective for offshore IT service providers. Intercultural Competence & Communication Skills Working in an international environment has reinforced my ability to communicate effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds. I am fluent in Dutch and German and have professional proficiency in English. These skills allow me to navigate multicultural settings with ease, valuing the diverse perspectives that enrich every interaction. Advocacy & Leadership In addition to my professional pursuits, I have been a dedicated advocate for children’s rights as a leader within the UNICEF University Group Emden/Leer. In this role, I coordinated campaigns and events to support UNICEF’s mission.
