About Eva Gillborg

I see HR as a strategic partner and function, supporting the organisation with future growth and effectiveness. I believe that excellent organisational communication and continuous improvement is the key to performance and drive in the organisation. I have worked with HR since 2009 in different industries. I have always liked to work with a width of HR activities and drive to ensure that all processes cooperate and reach their goals. I have a broad experience of leading HR projects on a global level such as HRIS system implementation, internal communication and learning and development programs. In my resent roles I have worked close to management team and lately been a member of the management team. I really enjoy the overall perspective and together with my team drive for great HR support, experience and mostly, bring advantage to the business. I have experience of working with HR processes in a growing HR function. Also good skills and system knowledge for HR related IT systems such as talent management, recruitment systems, HR master database and integration towards payment system and external systems at supplier.
