About Eva Glancy

I'm a higher ed expert with a passion for complex team environments and implementing collaborative leadership approaches in academic settings. I am at my best when leading people and organizations through change. I am passionate about promoting EDI practices in all work spaces. Mental health supports in the post-secondary environment are particularly important to me and I am certified in Mental Health First Aid and Applied Suicide Intervention Training. I am an avid learner and committed to professional development, particularly in the fields of coaching and mentorship. I earned an MBA in 2018 from the Alberta School of Business, preceded in 2011 by a first-class MA in African Studies from the University of London. If I'm not at work, you'll find me buried in a book, volunteering in my community, or enjoying the diverse and exciting city I call home.
