I am an experienced manager with dedication to leadership and people managementI have worked in many different areas of the business and organizations. I have experience from financial control to more strategic roles and commercial responsibility. I have mainly been working in the automotive industry but I do also have experience from the pharmaceutical business as well as running my own business as a consultant focusing on business development. I have a broad international experience and enjoy working with different cultures.As a person I am target oriented with a strong will to move forward. I am a structured person and have the ability to drive improvements. I also see myself as outgoing; I easily interact with other people and enjoy making new acquaintances. What inspires me most is the challenge to always improve and be more efficient.As a manager I normally take the coaching role more than the detailed managerial role. To me it is important to delegate and make people responsible for their own work, however I am not afraid to take decisions when needed.
