Responsibilities as Clinical Research Associate Participation in the development of study documents, site training materials and/or tools for site management,in the process for the dentification,qualification and validation of new centers. Preparation for the submission to Regulatory Authorities, Ethical Committees,conduction contracts with sites, Investigators and Authorities. Preparation and performance various types of site monitoring activities(i.e, Pre-study, Initiation,interim and close out) according to ICH GCP, SOPs and other regulatory requirements. Responsibility of enrolment planning and management. Follow-up clinical trial timelines, recruitment, goals & logistic (drug and materials) to meet target patient enrolment. Anticipation of potential issues with investigators and proactive problem solving. Development and performance corrective action- plans for the non compliant sites. Participation in local and global “Study Team” meetings, Clinical Trial Protocol workshops, Investigator’s and Monitor’s meetings. Organization and performance of presentations and trainings to Investigators during investigator meetings and initiation visits. Liaison between global or local Clinical Trial Team, local marketing team and KOLs Updating Clinical Trial Software platforms’. Responsibilities as Medical representative Representation of Company in Greek and International Medical Congress Collaboration with Sales, Product & Medical Managers in promotional activities Organization promotional events. Organization Medical content presentations for products Development and implementation plans for sales growth Performance interpersonal relationships with Doctors and KOLs Responsibilities as Post Graduate Research Scientist Teaching Assistant in biochemistry lab courses attended by Biology and Pharmacy students. Preparation & submission of research grant applications.
