About Eva Kintzer

Eighteen year career in research supporting principal physician/faculty investigators and licensed clinical personnel in medical center sites for federally and industry funded projects. Eight years coordinating FDA-regulated drug and device clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, infectious disease, cardiology, podiatry, dermatology and gastroenterology for adult populations. Experience in and familiarity with regulatory guidance, ethics and compliance as a regional specialist partnering with the institutional review board of Kaiser Permanente Northern California. Prior oncology experience in Phase I and II trials involving hematology oncology patients. Familiar with hematologic pathologies and sickle cell newborn pediatric case studies as lead for a CDPH 5 year annual follow up project. My current role as administrative lead for research education programming requires appointing new faculty scholars to NIH mentored career development awards, including eRA Commons system applications such as xTRAIN, XTRACT, and ASSIST for Prior Approval packages. I interface routinely with fund managers and other stakeholders especially during onboarding processes.
