Experienced leader with a demonstrated history in senior level management of strategic sourcing, project management and people leadership with over 25 years of career in fast changing international business environment. During my career I have been managing global sourcing and technology development tasks, complex supply chains and international teams both solid line and virtual. Skilled in negotiation, strategy creation and implementation, procurement, supply chain, business development, shipbuilding, consumer electronics and leadership. Before Teleste I was working at Meyer Turku Oy shipyard heading Hotel Procurement team responsible for Turnkey, work subcontracting and challenging interior constructions and materials total spend over 1bn euros. I’m very proud to been part of world’s biggest and most innovative cruise vessel Icon of the Seas vessel project management team and especially heading such a great team of procurement professionals to do their outmost and more to achieve needed results. I am self-driven, fact based, result oriented and ambitious to exceed set targets and continuously ready to learn and develop better ways of working. My strengths are ability to fast adapt to the changes, taking courageously the next steps forward, work hard to make the value for the customer.
