Accomplished and results-driven professional with over a decade of experience in finance, accounting, data analysis and reporting. As a Finance Partner I have been a part of several leadership teams and provided guidance to international business executives on finance-related matters, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes. My skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a structured approach have enabled me to lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities, resulting in accurate financial projections and cost control measures. I possess a strong command of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines. My proficiency extends to identifying areas for improvement and implementing processes that enhance efficiency. Furthermore, I have provided comprehensive trainings in finances and BI tools to enhance financial literacy, data interpretation, and analytics skills. I hold an MBA from Riga Business School and a BSc from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. Additionally, I am a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). My commitment to staying current with industry trends and data analysis tools is demonstrated by my recent completion of training in SQL, Power BI, and attainment of Google Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Professional Certificates.
