Corporate, division, region, or team level, I drive internal communications to inform, educate and engage our global teams, in support of business objectives and always keeping aligned to the company purpose and values. Communications partner for Ingersoll Rand's Precision & Science Technologies division, I am passionate about all things internal communications, leadership & employer branding, change management, sustainability communications, employee engagement and advocacy. Throughout my international career, I've also had the opportunity to lead social media trainings, develop educational and business international partnerships, facilitate large participatory conferences, design visuals and brand kits - both in public and private sectors across Europe. Committed to constantly growing out of my comfort zone, I've recently undertaken a year-long world travel, learning about our planet and humanity, as well as finding new friends and passions on the way.
