I am an experienced leader with over 12 years of professional experience in HR and data management/reporting. Since March 2021, I have been leading the Data Management & Reporting team at SANOFI, a global healthcare company committed to improving people's lives. I am driven by a passion for building data-driven insights and solutions that support the organisation in making better decisions. My goal is to achieve this in an environment where people can flourish, grow and be at their best every day. In my current role, I am responsible for leading and developing a team of data management and reporting professionals who deliver high-quality data and reports to internal stakeholders. I work closely with the business units and functions to understand, prioritise and meet their data and reporting requirements. I am also responsible for monitoring and improving data quality, security and governance. My key achievements include implementing a new data management system, optimising reporting processes and increasing customer satisfaction. Furthermore, I am a certified systemic consultant and process facilitator, supporting organisations in developing and realising their goals, strategies and potential. I am passionate about turning data into insights that lead to better decisions, processes and results. I am motivated to create innovative and sustainable solutions.
