I come from a family business and that profoundly shapes how I work, think, and feel. I know the challenges that arise when entrepreneurial responsibility is passed on across generations. And I understand how much courage, clarity, and connection it takes to evolve that responsibility. What defines me? I work with clarity, empathy, and a deep interest in development – of people, systems, and ideas. I believe in connection over separation. In responsibility over symbolism.
