About Eva Milko

For over 20 years, I’ve been putting my expertise in communication strategy, content marketing, and project management to work for causes that matter. After working in major companies in both France and Canada, I chose to focus on making scientific knowledge in organizational health more accessible and impactful. Over the past few years, I’ve specialized in developing content on psychology and mental health in close collaboration with domain experts. This rigorous and committed approach earned me the title of “Mental Health Champion” in 2023 from the Canadian Alliance on Mental Illness and Mental Health (CAMIMH), and in 2024, I was recognized as the leading creator of workplace mental health content on LinkedIn in Quebec. Today, I lead Knowledge Development and Mobilization at Global-Watch, an international center of expertise in workplace health and well-being. My mission: to design meaningful content strategies and bridge the gap between academic research and real-world practices, making scientific insights tangible, useful, and accessible for workplaces.
