About Eva O.

My passion for social justice and mental health stems from my lived experiences and education as well as my interest in creating welcoming and safe spaces for all marginalized communities. As an enthusiastic professional, I focus on cultivating an open, authentic, and diligent work environment where both employees and clients of all communities are able to thrive and flourish. I am an enthusiastic team member that takes initiative in all I do. For the past 5+ years I have focussed mental health and music therapy with various communities including, incarcerated individuals, older adults, adolescents, dementia patients, and many other populations. From my diverse experiences, I have gained robust skills in case management, training, communication, crisis intervention, and flexibility. With those skills, I have been able to execute tangible changes and growth within communities and working environments
