I like to create value, by linking business's strategies to IT strategies and implementing the changes that this entails.One of my special competencies are to develop and implementing solutions around IT governance and frameworks for agile ways of working. By implementing these improvements, a company can manage Cyber Security threats in a better way, shorten Time to market and Reduced Technical debt.My strength is the holistic perspective, see how areas in a company are related to each other and help them to find ways to improve co-operation. I like to use innovative technology and various Lean-Agile methods to find a solution that fits.I am a skilled communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders as well as creating effective cross-functional co-operation between Business and IT.As a leader, I am inspiring, listening, including as well as coaching if needed.
