My purpose is to contribute to building a society where everyone can thrive. Thriving not at the expense of others, but as part of a collective well-being that grows stronger together. This means engaging with the complex, evolving questions that define our desired futures, and ensuring that long-term vision is always anchored into today’s strategies and choices. I am at my best in pioneering environments, spaces where the path forward is not yet defined, where long-term challenges are explored, and where short- and mid-term strategies are developed in alignment with the bigger picture. I bring clarity to complexity, connecting human realities with the system that our society is, and translating vision into strategy and pragmatic solutions. Along the way, I build shared understanding and collective ownership. My journey has also been one of curiosity and exploration. By stepping outside certainty and staying open to learn, I’ve lived and worked in different places in the world, embracing new perspectives. In recent years, I’ve taken that journey inward as well, cultivating awareness and clarity through practices like meditation, helping me stay focused and grounded and with the clarity to lead from my purpose and values.
