Eva is a seasoned media manager with over 20 years of experience in the industry with an extensive network of clients on both the acquisition and sales side. She excels at uniting producers, broadcasters, platforms, and distributors to find common solutions in production financing, while negotiating rights with creativity and elegance. Eva embodies leadership and empowers her employees by giving them the responsibility to reach their full potential. She is also actively engaged as a mentor. Furthermore she has successfully completed the Business Top Management Program at SGMI St. Gallen and is a qualified systemic consultant. Currently, Eva holds the important role as the central interface for all exploitation subsidiaries and represents them on the ARD Distribution Board, where she actively participates in the development of new ARD exploitation rules.
