As a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Charter Communications, I provide HRBP support to multiple VP-level executives and their teams, overseeing HR initiatives for more than 500 employees. I have developed an expertise in workplace culture, engagement, HR policy administration, performance management, and coaching. I partner closely with leadership to drive strategic HR solutions that enhance employee experience, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Previously, I served as an Executive Assistant to the SVP of Engineering, SVP of Business Planning, and GVP of Customer Operations at Charter Communications.
