About Eva Roos
I am a recent graduate ('21) of the University of Michigan School for Environment & Sustainability, where I received a Master of Science in Conservation Ecology and a Master of Landscape Architecture. Paired with an undergraduate background in Art & Design, also from the University of Michigan, I am inspired by the overlap between ecology, healing environments, landscape history, social justice, and climate resiliency, as it intersects in the physical landscape around us. With ecological restoration work experience, field-based plant knowledge, visually-driven creativity, and a growing skillset as a teacher, I plan to pursue ecological design work which connects people, plants, and the surrounding natural community at our shared cores, improving our collective well-being and resilience.
