I am a degree-qualified, internationally experienced Environmental solutions specialist with extensive product, process and project knowledge. I am passionate about the commercialisation of world-class products and services coupled with enhancing the teams, processes and platforms needed to make them possible. My professional goal is to deliver sustainable and creative solutions that exceed customers' expectations with a view to improving the added value without compromising on respect for people and the planet. For over a decade, I have been fortunate to work with Veolia, one the world’s leading environmental solutions companies offering products and services for water and wastewater treatment, resource recovery and energy generation. My contributions to Veolia’s business successes have been rewarded repeatedly with a rapid acceleration into increasingly responsible positions across the organisation and throughout the world. I have coordinated commercial and technical project activities for very diverse teams with respect to culture, geography, disciplines and staff of varying technical capabilities. On a personal level, this has made me a better engineer and a better, more wholesome and open-minded individual. Professionally, it’s provided me with the ability to influence business strategies and confidently take profitable projects from client enquiry and tendering through to final design and operational support.
