Eva is the Office Manager of Sharry People Development Ltd. Eva deals with daily administration, updating day books, general finances and invoicing. She liaises with business clients, schedules workshops and keeps in contact with associates. Her role also includes development and graphic design of workbooks, brochures and presentations. She is also in charge of updating the company website; and other social media. Eva has been involved in the area of personal development for the past 20 years. She spent the first part of her career working in marketing and public relations. To find more fulfillment she trained and qualified as an Art Therapist in Cork 2003. Her interest in helping clients experience more satisfaction and success in their lives led her to complement and strengthen her skills by going back to college and qualifying as a Life & Business Coach. She achieved Distinction while doing an Advanced Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching with Kingstown College, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin. Eva is a natural born coach; she champions her clients and recognises each clients' true potential. She thrives on encouraging them to expand their view of themselves and to be more of who they truly are. With her genuine interest in working with individuals and groups from different backgrounds, Eva brings compassion, warmth and empathy to every session. She guides the client on a journey of self-discovery, using her experience to help and challenge them to explore beliefs and core values. This helps clients to increase self-awareness and thus find more fulfillment in their lives.
