About Eva Stoyanova

I am an experienced administrative and operations professional with a strong background in coordinating complex processes, supporting leadership teams, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of organizations in international and multicultural environments.Over the years, I have worked across NGOs, corporate settings, and remote-first teams, gaining hands-on experience in office and programme coordination, project administration, budgeting and reporting, CRM and data management, event organization, and internal communications. I am particularly strong in creating structure where there is complexity, improving workflows, and supporting teams with clarity and reliability.I am currently pursuing an AMBA-accredited MBA in Strategic Management in Sofia, which allows me to build on my practical experience with a stronger strategic, financial, and operational perspective. Through the program, I am further developing skills in operations management, business planning, organizational change, people management, and managerial decision-making.I am motivated by roles where I can contribute to organizational effectiveness, support leadership through well-organized operations, and help teams perform at their best. I value professionalism, trust, and thoughtful problem-solving, and I enjoy working in environments that require both structure and adaptability.Thank you for visiting my profile.
