About Eva Ten Doeschate

Strategic marketing and brand leader with 8+ years of experience driving commercial growth, client experience and business transformation across banking and corporate sectors. I specialise in bridging strategy and execution — turning vision into impact across brand, operations and digital journeys. In recent years, I’ve led cross-functional transformations that delivered measurable results: from increased sales and improved NPS to operational cost savings and stronger employee engagement. With a background in both communications and business management, I bring a unique mix of creativity, structure and stakeholder influence. I’m always looking for meaningful challenges where I can create long-term value. I’m driven by curiosity, impact, and the opportunity to help organisations grow — through clear strategy, strong collaboration, and a deep focus on both people and performance.
