I am a graduate from Creighton University with a BSBA in Accounting. Currently, I am a 1L student at the University of Wisconsin School of Law, where I intend to further my education in order to develop additional skills in the legal field. This past summer, I worked as the assistant general manager at the Goldeneye Country Club where I prepared various budgets via Excel, interpreted financial statements for the GM, and directly supervised all clubhouse staff. I had additional responsibilities in maintaining the cleanliness and stock of facilities for a 120-acre golf course and clubhouse. I also began to study and take the four-part Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Exams, which I plan to complete within the next year. These experiences have helped shape my leadership and teambuilding capabilities and have also enabled me to successfully and efficiently communicate with people of all ages. I am very enthusiastic about working in the accounting and legal fields, as I view it as a wonderful opportunity to apply my current skills as well as cultivate new ones.
