About Eva Verschoor

My motivation in work and life is to contribute to a better world by realising development programmes and projects and facilitating strategic development. I’m a strategic, analytic and solution-oriented senior programme manager, consultant and policy advisor with MEAL expertise. My passion is to develop solutions and strategies together with stakeholders to fix societal problems at system level. In my daily work, I coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and combine process skills with knowledge of content areas like education, research, sustainability, impact and operations. I like to manage big programmes, develop strategic plans and policies, and organise tailored quality assurance and monitoring systems. My efforts are focused on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of organisations in their contribution to the quality of life and global challenges.
