About Eva Visser

Eva is founder and partner of Project Moore Advocaten; Project Moore is a boutique law firm that specialises in IT law and data protection law. Within our niche, we have broad expertise. We cover everything from IT sourcing, outsourcing, cloud computing, licensing and procurement to data protection, security, e-commerce, artificial intelligence and blockchain. We support our clients with advice, draft and negotiate contracts, and help control and resolve disputes. Eva also acts as an arbitrator in technology disputes for both SGOA (where she serves as a board member) and NAI. She is a tutor in the postgraduate Privacy Law program at the Grotius Academy, co-founder of the Association for Privacy Law (VPR), and an INSEAD business course graduate. In addition, Eva was a board member of the Netherlands Association of Computer Lawyers (VIRA) and she is member of the Netherlands Association for Privacy Lawyers (VPR-A).
