About Eva Waldauf

I have 10 years of experience in teaching art to Adults. I have taught Collage, Acrylic painting, How to Get an Exhibition and Sculpture in Vancouver. I was Workshop Coordinator/Instructor at Oppenheimer/Carnegie Center and art show installer at Gallery Gachet July to September 2014. I have had over 35 years of experience at creating and exhibiting my art. I create Collages, Collagraph prints, Acrylic Paintings, Drawings, Lino-block prints and Sculptures. I show mainly in Vancouver and Toronto. I have curated two large Art shows, the last one in 2009, involving 25 Poets and Artists working in pairs called Tempestuous Words & Lush Images. I have Curated group shows at Gallery Gachet cooperative for 2 years, as Chair of the Exhibitions committee and at Radha Yoga, I Curated The Divine Feminine exhibition. I've been a Poet for 18 years and have been reading at Spoken Word events for years at Festivals, readings series in Vancouver and Toronto. I have been the featured Poet at events in and around Vancouver. I published my first Poetry chapbook called "Howling Heart" in 2011. My second book of poetry "Atlantic Adventures & Big City Romance" came out Dec 2015. I have been published in local Anthologies since 2009. I've also been published in Quills Can. Poetry Magazine 2010 and 2011 and in the Red River Review 2012. Specialties: Teaching Collage and Painting to Adults, Curating group shows, installing exhibitions, creating visual Art, writing Poetry, performing Spoken Word, creating Weebly websites, co-producing and co-hosting Poetry events.
