About Eva Zeng

As a former educator and currently a senior learning developer, I have more than ten years of combined experience in instructional design, training solution design and development, project management, teaching, and supporting diverse audiences in both corporate and educational settings. Working as an educator, I have had a keen interest in using various instructional strategies and learning technologies to improve learner performance. My current focus as a senior learning developer is to build effective learning solutions and help my organization to achieve established business goals. I have a great passion for learning, I love helping others to discover the "why" of their learning and the "how" of making it meaningful and effective. Skills: in-depth knowledge of instructional design methods and adult learning theories; applied knowledge of traditional and modern training methods (e.g, in-person training, e-Learning, webinars); rich experience with learning management systems, multimedia design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, Illustrator, etc.), authoring tools (Articulate 360 Suite, etc.) and video production software(Camtasia, VideoScribe, etc.); skilled in needs analysis, data analytics, formative and summative evaluation; experience with facilitation and public speaking; a fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; great at working with all levels of groups across the organization; ability to multitask, prioritize and manage complex projects; excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills
