With over 15 years of experience in customer service, operations, and marketing, I am a versatile and adaptable Project Manager/Executive Assistant. I work in a fast-paced environment with leadership at Mountain Capital Management, LLC and business partners to support administrative functions and maintain executive calendar, travel, project budgets, timelines, and office management for all teams. I also provide project management coordination and support by creating and compiling reports, presentations, timelines, organization charts, and other project-related material. I communicate with all levels of management and team members to support department administrative functions, at times with information that was confidential in nature.
