From an early age, I was fortunate to experience life abroad—growing up in La Paz, Bolivia—which sparked my lifelong passion for travel, culture, and the power of hospitality to connect people. At 14, a conversation with a resort owner in Costa Rica inspired my long-term goal of one day owning and operating a hotel.That vision led me to earn a B.S. in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University and begin my career at Canyon Ranch Resort. Starting in an entry-level role and advancing into leadership within three years instilled in me a deep respect for operations, team development, and service culture—foundations that continue to inform my commercial leadership approach.Over the past decade, I have built experience across Front Office Operations, Sales, and Marketing, giving me a comprehensive understanding of how revenue strategy aligns with property performance. My background allows me to lead sales efforts not in isolation, but in partnership with operations, revenue management, and executive leadership.Most recently, I served as Director of Sales & Marketing for Zephyr Cove Resort in Lake Tahoe, where I led property-level sales strategy, market positioning, key account development, and revenue growth initiatives for a historic, high-ADR destination resort. My focus has consistently been on driving topline performance through strategic partnerships, disciplined prospecting, and long-term account retention.I am now pursuing senior commercial leadership opportunities — including Director of Sales & Marketing, Regional Sales Leadership, or National Director of Sales roles — within growth-oriented hotel organizations.
