I'm a decade into my professional career and there is one constant that I can point to that gets me going.and that's to consider the people in my life and those I have the pleasure of working with daily before anything else. How can I help identify a problem and better yet bring a solution to the table? How can I make work more enjoyable for my team? How can I celebrate each victory, while intentionally finding ways to make perceived failures learning opportunities?*I'm a champion of the windshield.
