As Head of Liquidity and Collateral Management, leads a team that manages daily cash and liquidity needs for the Fortitude Group of companies, providing for all relevant liquidity consumptions over both expected and contingent scenarios. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing cash and asset balances and derivative collateral positions, regular calculation of required liquidity buffers and liquidity coverage ratios, liquidity stress testing, and liquidity reporting to senior management, the board of directors, and external regulators. Works cross-functionally with many teams across the company including actuarial, risk, investments, and capital management. Also coordinates with the deal and corporate development teams regarding liquidity and capital funding plans for new deals when applicable. Graduated from Lipscomb University in Nashville with a Corporate Management-Finance major, Biblical Languages minor, and a 4.0 GPA. Jumped right into first full-time role as part of the FP & A team at Fortitude Re, a PE-backed, fast-growing startup reinsurer of legacy portfolios. Promoted within two years from analyst role in expense management to senior associate, leading underwriting budgeting, analysis, and management reporting for both L&A and GI segments. After a stint on the Strategic Finance team helping build Fortitude's internal Long-Range Projection Model, joined Fortitude’s Treasury team as an Assistant Vice President reporting directly to the Global Treasurer. Former National Merit Finalist. Apart from work, is an accomplished classical pianist and aspiring organic gardener and home chef.
