About Evan Burke

I'm a recent graduate from the Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's program at the Georgia Institute of Technology. One thing I've appreciated about my time as a student at one of the top engineering programs in the country was the dozens of opportunities I had working with hands-on projects. This not only gave me the experience of meticulously designing and fabricating projects in a fast-paced environment, but it also allowed me to work with highly motivated peers and knowledgeable faculty to develop invaluable interpersonal and technical communications skills. Aside from coursework-related projects, I also branched out into student organizations which reflected my interests in Automotive and Robotics engineering. I often found myself taking on roles involving computer-aided design and assembly, typically working with more specialized equipment and more advanced materials I wouldn't otherwise use in the classroom. This usually included the usage of CNC machines such as mills and waterjets. All in all, I strive to broaden my horizons and deliver nothing short of my best work in any challenge I face.
