About Evan Casey

With over 20 years of teaching, consulting, and program development experience, I specialize in strategizing and implementing proactive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that align with the company and organization goals. My passion is educating people inside and outside of the classroom, which includes my work within the Marian University and St. Joseph's College, as well as through various state and national organizations. I thrive when challenged guide and help manage educational programming for nonprofits and corporate settings alike. There is a deep satisfaction I enjoy whenever I have the opportunity to show clients that much of the answers they seek are already within them. I am also an accomplished public speaker with experience presenting in front of large crowds and intimate gatherings. I have been hired for speaking engagements by companies that range from Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG Indiana), Klipsch Educator's College, and Girls, Inc, and other regional special interest, religious, and social justice groups. Key topics of interest include corporate culture and values, workforce diversity, and adaptive leadership. I have often been described by colleagues and company leaders as tenacious, possessing fortitude and having grit. These, along with other personal and professional characteristics, have shaped how I welcome and embrace any adventure that is placed before me.
