I have been a music lawyer for over 38 years, since December 10, 1985. Since that time, I have represented songwriters, musicians, heirs of songwriters, music publishers, production companies, film studios, record labels, photographers, artists, designers, and various other creative people. I have handled contractual disputes, copyright infringement cases, name and likeness cases, various transactional matters, and royalty disputes. I have been a litigator for both plaintiffs and defendants. My current emphasis will be the administration of various music publishing catalogues, digital rights matters, copyright termination issues, and royalty collection matters.
