I provide bespoke wellbeing practitioner advice, training and resources. I am uniquely placed as a Consultant with extensive in-house wellbeing leadership experience. I develop evidence based reward management strategies and practices in order to inform and influence changes to strategic reward and benefits design. I deliver keynote presentations to industry leaders, employee benefits and motivation events on total reward topics. Over the past 10 years, I have demonstrated a strong track record of shaping and delivering complex multi-award winning solutions for several clients as a retained in-house practitioner.
