About Evan Davis

As a student of Physics and Astronomy, I've been drawn to asking "why?" whenever I can. That lead me down a road of trying answer "why" until I couldn't answer anymore. Naturally, I gravitated towards Physics and Astronomy to satisfy my curiosity. However, during my time studying Astronomy at university, I noticed a natural overlap between Astrophysics and Data Science. As I created more and more programs to analyze the data sets in Astronomy that I was working with, I quickly became interested in the Data Science side of analytics instead of just the physical science side. Now, I'm actively expanding my Data Science knowledge by acquiring new skills and applying my data analysis experience from Astrophysics into the world of Data science. Through this, I hope to acquire the skills necessary for me to answer any more "why?"s that I ask, as well as being able to help others answer their "why?"s in whatever industry.
