I’m a member services and business development leader with a proven track record of effective client satisfaction, sales and employee mentoring. I'm a clear and concise communicator adept at building shared understanding and meaning; verbally, in writing and as a presenter. As a critical thinker, I'm able to analyze diverse, complex and complicated data to consider multiple outcomes. This makes me a careful decision maker who weighs the risks and opportunities that come with each option. My leadership style is supportive. I encourage reports to build their skills and tackle new challenges, because that’s how I developed my career over 15 years, rising from a warehouse assistant at Magazines Canada to beating out 40 external candidates for my executive role. Now, I proudly serve as Membership Director for Landscape Ontario.
