Growing up in a diverse environment instilled in me the courage to tackle challenges and uncover new possibilities. My passion for international work environments led me to leave my home country and explore opportunities from a global perspective. Currently, I am a Maintenance Planner at Wärtsilä Japan, where I combine my enthusiasm for management and technical skills in the engine world to drive efficiency and innovation. I am particularly interested in strategic and analytical approaches to achieving targets, rather than working without a clear plan. I am enthusiastic about embarking on new adventures, especially those that involve engaging with the international community—a dream I’ve had since graduation. With my experience in advanced technology in Japan, I aim to serve as a bridge between Asia and the rest of the world, offering innovative solutions and fostering collaboration.
