About Evan Feeley

Evan Feeley is a senior account manager at Evoke Canale specializing in corporate communications, medical writing, investor relations, presentation & public speaking coaching, branding, and the translation of complex concepts into everyday language. Having earned his M.S. in biochemistry and molecular biology at the University of Southern California (USC), Evan has conducted traditional laboratory research investigating the relationships between RNA, disease, and the brain. Beyond this research, Evan completed an additional thesis discussing Alzheimer’s disease and its complex disease mechanism. Too gregarious for solitary lab work, Evan began his career in multimillion-dollar philanthropic fundraising at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). There he served as the bridge between UCLA’s pediatric physician-scientists and charitable donors, distilling life-saving research into easily digestible information and raising millions of dollars for pediatric research. Evan moved on from UCLA to pursue deal-making opportunities in the biotechnology venture capital space in NYC before landing at a life sciences communications agency where he continued to strategize communications for start-up life sciences companies looking to raise funds. “I love what I do because every scientific story is a new puzzle. Working in an environment where I constantly must learn about new scientific research keeps me sharp and stimulated. My goal is to have a high impact by assisting clients to tell their stories and navigate the capital markets that are influencing the development of next-generation medicine.” Leveraging his experience performing as a Disney prince at Walt Disney World, Evan has a unique perspective on teaching presentation and performance skills to his clients. He is a scientist and showman who aims to make science informative and engaging.
