Finance and sales leader with a proven track record of growing revenue, building high-performing teams, and delivering tailored financing solutions to businesses across Canada and the U.S. I have extensive experience in commercial equipment financing, supporting clients ranging from small business owners to large enterprises. In my current role at Ritchie Bros. Financial Services, I lead a team of 16 account managers. I’m responsible for hiring, coaching, and performance development, while also maintaining my own book of business and sales targets. This dual focus allows me to stay close to the client experience while developing talent and driving team results. I bring a strategic, client-first mindset to every interaction, focusing on solutions that align with long-term business goals. My leadership style is hands-on and results-oriented, rooted in accountability, clear communication, empathy and a strong understanding of market dynamics. I hold a degree in Behavioral Psychology from the University of British Columbia and a Business Administration diploma from BCIT’s School of Business—giving me both the people insight and financial acumen to lead effectively.
