I do this by, keeping the audience at the centre of every concept, focusing on delivering value to the customer and the brand, and learning from data and iterating often. I have enjoyed over a decade of experience in marketing design, growth, and revenue, during which time I have learned a lot about myself and the industry. I thrive on solving complex problems - I lean on my experience for idea generation but lean on data for execution - I approach each problem from the customer's point of view - I believe story telling and a deep understanding of the product is essential to connecting with an audience Results over everything else - Speak to the right people at the right time - I’ve led the design for campaigns that have influenced millions in revenue with minimal resources - Diverse perspectives generate better results I can rally a team to build innovative and engaging campaigns - I put the team first and encourage taking creative, calculated risks - I have built global campaigns with agencies as my only creative partners - I encourage collaboration across disciplines of marketing, content design, motion design, and product - I can talk about my work with everyone from fellow designers to developers to senior executives I am a lifelong learner - I am a hobby enthusiast and love learning new things - I enjoy travel and immersing myself in experiences - I started my career as a print designer. I now work across multiple activation points including web, social media, print, out-of-home, and video. I love meeting new people and discussing creativity, design, coffee, baseball, and golf.
