About Evan Helmlinger

As the Senior Manager of Knowledge Management at Appspace, I lead the team responsible for managing knowledge, enablement, and training resources across the organization. Owning this initiative is a true privilege and a natural progression of my career, building on my passion for writing, editing, and content strategy. My objective every day is to empower our customers and teams to be successful and reach their goals—this is a responsibility for which I am enthusiastic, determined, and grateful. My career at Appspace has been defined by collaboration, initiative, and leadership. Most recently, I’ve had the opportunity to lead the Advisory Services team of content strategists and developers in delivering high-quality solutions and managing projects to successful completion. Now in my current role leading the Knowledge Management group, I bring the same commitment to quality experiences and an unwavering focus on the customer experience. My experience in people leadership, project management, and content production has deepened my understanding of and appreciation for our customer use cases and organizational goals. I believe that strong relationships and a collaborative spirit are essential to frictionless customer experiences and seamless project delivery. When I'm not focused on all things content and knowledge management, you can find me rooting for Syracuse basketball, getting lost in a great film or book, or spending time with my family.
